How can I define a minimum / target stock?

For some items, it's important that they remain in stock at a certain level or that they don't run out. To do this, you can define a minimum stock level for an item. To do this, you must first activate the "Minimum Stock Level" function in your account settings.

You can then enter a minimum stock level for individual items and have items sorted according to the minimum stock level. Items that fall below the minimum stock level are displayed in red with the missing stock level.
