Resolve payment issues
If you have a subscription with us and are having problems with your payment, you can find instructions here on how to resolve the issue.
The most common issues you can resolve by updating your payment information are:
- The credit card has expired
- The payment method has been blocked
- The payment method stored with Paypal has been deleted or has expired
Payment via the WebApp (via Stripe)
If you purchased your subscription through our web app, payment is usually processed through Stripe. Unfortunately, Stripe doesn't automatically create a link to update your payment. Please contact support, and we'll create a suitable link for you.
Google Play Store

Apple App Store
